General information
What is F3 Cloud?
F3 Cloud – a cloud hosting provider that offers virtual servers (VPS/VDS) with support for various operating systems. With us, you can choose the configuration you need, pay in a convenient way and launch the server right after ordering. Management is simple and does not require any special skills.
How quickly is the server activated?
The server is activated within 1–4 minutes.
If additional software has been selected, installation may take a little longer. In some cases, activation may be delayed due to a lack of resources or free IP addresses, but this happens very rarely.
Technical information
What type of virtualisation is used?
KVM virtualisation is used. It provides resource isolation, stable operation and full server management capabilities.
Can I add additional IP addresses?
Yes, you can add up to 16 additional IPv4 addresses to a server. If necessary, the limit can be extended by contacting support.
Is IPv6 supported?
Yes, all F3 Cloud servers come with IPv4 and IPv6 addresses by default.
Server locations
Where are the data centres located?
At the moment, the F3 Cloud infrastructure is hosted in the following locations:
- Germany – Frankfurt
- The Netherlands – Amsterdam
- Finland – Helsinki
The list of locations and the availability of plans may change.

Network features
Is unlimited traffic provided?
No. Traffic is counted monthly (calendar month). The limit depends on the plan:
- Promo plans – limit of 1 TB/month
- 5950x/7950x VPS plans – limit of 32 TB/month
If the limit is exceeded, paid overage is charged at a rate of 150 ₽ per 1 TB (unless otherwise stated when ordering).
Network usage must comply with the fair use policy (Fair Use) and the Terms of Service.
If excessive load on the network is created systematically, restrictions may be applied.
Operating systems
Which operating systems are supported?
On F3 Cloud servers you can install Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, CentOS Stream, Rocky Linux, Oracle Linux, FreeBSD, as well as Windows (Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2022). You can choose the operating system when ordering or install it yourself by uploading your own ISO image (up to 10 GB).
Windows is available on plans starting from 2 vCPU, since the operating system uses part of the computing resources for system processes – this is necessary for the server to run stably and for the user to get sufficient performance for their tasks.
Can I reinstall the OS myself?
Yes, the operating system reinstallation feature is available in our Bill Manager control panel. The OS reinstallation process takes about 3–5 minutes and does not require contacting technical support. We have described it in more detail in this OS reinstallation guide.
Payment and guarantees
Which payment methods are supported?
The following payment methods are available at F3 Cloud:
- Personal account in the control panel;
- Faster Payments System (SBP);
- Bank cards (including “Mir”);
- Cryptocurrency via Heleket.
Funds are credited automatically after the payment is confirmed.
Is there a trial period?
Yes, a trial period of 1 day is provided.
To get a trial server, first create a request to technical support via tickets and ask for a trial – we will check resource availability and confirm whether a trial server can be issued (due to high load, free slots may be temporarily limited).
If the trial server has been approved, you will need to choose a suitable server and add it to the cart (place the order up to the payment step) – after that, a support team member will activate the trial period and launch the server. The access details will be sent to your email and/or become available in the instructions in the client area.
